5 fun, action-packed minutes in the 2024 Santa on the Beach set

Enjoy 5 minutes with Santa in our 2024 Christmas set, which includes a Christmas tree, bamboo bench seat, Merry Christmas sign and of course, the big guy in red! We’ll guide you through different photo poses and combos that best reflect your family.

PLUS a 5 minute Mini Shoot with your Family

We’ll then have a few minutes to take some lovely family photos that aren’t necessarily Christmas themed - ones you can frame and hang on the wall. We can take group or individual photos and will work this out with you and your group on the day.

Stunning, secluded Quarantine Beach - a hidden gem

Located within Sydney Harbour National Park, Quarantine Beach is only accessible by shuttle bus, on foot or via boat. Although it’s a public beach, there aren’t huge crowds making your session feel quite private. Plus, with great weather, you’ll experience the magic of clear, turquoise water.

Getting There

Although not far from the hustle and bustle of Manly, you’ll feel a million miles away here! We recommend driving or Uber/Taxi, as public transport is limited. Once you’re at Q Station Reception, take the free shuttle bus to Quarantine Beach or enjoy the sites of the Q Station and take a short walk downhill. Full details are on your booking email.

Our goal for these longer Premium sessions is for you to soak up the atmosphere, spend quality time with your family and enjoy a relaxing experience. We encourage you to allocate extra time before or after your session to go for a walk (you might spot a resident echidna!), pack a picnic, explore the rich history of Q Station, have a dip …or just relax!

Meet your photographer, Sophie Geraghty

Sophie is the Head Photographer at Santa on the Beach Pics, bringing 20+ years professional experience to the table. In her own words: ‘My passion is you guys; you and your stories, your relationships and emotions; capturing them in truth, natural beauty and vitality. I want to get to you know you. I want to go on a journey with you to create beautiful images that tell your story and your connection to your loved ones.” When she’s not running around taking photos, she’s literally just running around - Sophie is an ultra runner, who has crossed the finish line of more 100km+ races than she can count. She’s an energiser bunny who just keeps on going!
